Insight Meditation is a practice that supports the development of wisdom through a process of observation of our moment to moment experience of body and mind. With time, as we cultivate the practice of meditation we can begin to recognize habits of mind that keep us engaging in behavior patterns that don't serve our growth or well-being, and with patience and continued practice we can begin to change our relationship to these habits, make efforts to disengage with them and eventually make choices that lead us in a beneficial direction.
